  • Co-creation:  the catalyst for innovation and engagement

With over 20 years of experience working in the arts and culture sector, Teniqua aims to empower organizations to cultivate a thriving culture, navigate change effectively, and harness the power of co-creation for sustainable growth and success. The founder of VerveSimone Consulting in 2014, she uses initiative and insight to identify strategies that support the sustainability of organizations in the nonprofit sector. Teniqua holds a Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision, a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies in Educational Psychology-emphasis on theater for youth, and garners certificates as a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP), Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and Equity and Inclusion.
